NOTICE: The information contained on this site is to be used exclusively by the subscriber in the operation of its remanufacturing business. No person other than the subscriber and its employees shall access the site using the subscriber's password, and the subscriber shall not take any other action which would allow a non-subscriber to access the site or the information contained on it. No information from the site is to be distributed to any person other than the subscriber's employees; used or copied for use outside the subscriber's business premises; or otherwise made available or used for any other purpose. It shall be a material violation of the subscriber's right to access this site and use the information contained on it if any of the above rules are violated or the site or the information on it are used for any purpose not specifically authorized by PERA. Any person who uses any information contained on the site for any unauthorized purpose or allows another to so use such information; directly or indirectly provides any information contained on the site to any other person who is not authorized to access the site or use the information contained on it, or directly or indirectly provides access to the site to any person who is not authorized to access the site shall be subject to all of the following: 1. Forfeiture of its subscription. 2. Forfeiture of all previously paid subscription fees. 3. Injunctive relief to prevent further violations. 4. Damages for all losses, expenses, and liabilities, including consequential damages, suffered by PERA as a consequence of any such actions. 5. A penalty of $5000.00 for each separate offense. 6. All costs and expenses, including court costs and attorneys' fees, incurred in enforcing the above obligations or collecting any amounts due as a result of such violations.
